(Los Angeles, CA September 2018) Award-winning musician, Jennifer Porter will be releasing her seventh album, These Years, on December 7th. The album is a collaboration with 12 time Grammy-winning legendary producer, Jay Newland, and consists of five of Jennifer’s new originals and five covers and features Jennifer’s fabulous, one-of-a-kind voice, backed by a stellar band with guest appearances by Grammy-Nominee C.J. Chenier on Accordion, and Country music Hall of Famer, Charlie McCoy on Harmonica and Vibes.

These Years was mixed by Grammy-winner Lawrence Manchester, music mixer and producer for the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and Mastered by Multiple Grammy-Winning, and Latin Grammy Winning Engineer, Adam Ayan.

These Years is heavily influenced by soul, blues, and roots music and will be released under Porter’s own Maine-based label, Cougar Moon Music. This new album is a departure from her previous jazz, and film score recordings, yet retains Jennifer’s unique and beautiful sound.
